Yes. Deep conditioning your hair extensions once a week will help them last longer. Also, overnight deep conditioning with a small amount of Argan or Almond Oil is an extra step you can take in caring for your extensions. As mentioned, we recommend laying your extensions flat to air dry on satin or silk. Avoid dying, toning, or altering the hair in any way.

To keep your seamless extensions from falling out, it’s important to follow our instructions on putting them in. This will help your extensions stay secure on your natural hair. You may also backcomb the root of your hair (where the extensions will clip into) and then clip in the hair - the backcombing helps create a grip.

We recommend washing clip-in hair extensions every 15 to 20 wears or when you notice product buildup. Additionally, an overnight deep conditioning treatment with a small amount of Argan or Almond Oil is an extra step you can take in caring for your clip-ins.

It’s best to remove your seamless clip-in hair extensions when showering so that they do not fall out. Putting them back in is very easy and takes 5 minutes or less.

We offer free exchanges within 30-days of receiving an order and we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for full-priced products. All hair and packaging must be in original condition with ties intact. All hair purchased on seasonal sales (including but not limited to Black Friday, Boxing day, etc.) is exchange or store credit only. Packages shipped to the United States, Canada, and Mexico are delivered within 1 to 6 business days. Additionally, you can pick your shipping method during checkout as we do offer three different shipping methods; Standard, Expedite or Express. At Bombay Hair, we always try our best to make sure all products are fully stocked. However, some items might be placed on a temporary backorder due to extremely high demand.

The good news is you can still purchase a backorder item and as soon as it becomes restocked you are first in line to receive it.

In other words, if you purchase (or have purchased) an item on backorder and you have received an order confirmation with an order number, this means your credit card has been successfully charged. So once the product hits our warehouse floor, your order will ship out immediately.

An item listed as preorder means it can be purchased prior to coming into stock. They usually come into stock within 6 to 8 weeks. Preorder items are charged at the time of purchase to reserve the item for you and to ensure once the item has been stocked it is processed and shipped to you immediately.
